Cocktail originated in the second half of the 19th century. It's the classic Italian aperitif, part of the Negroni family but a light version of it, without gin. Two weeks of aging directly in the bottle. It is infused with Sichuan berries, black tea leaves and dried apricots. It presents a smooth drink, sweet on entry and slightly bitter as persistence. Sichuan spicy notes emerge on the nose.
